Master Working Drawings

Our unique ability resides in the creation of master working drawings that can accept an  unlimited number of options.  Our masters have an average of 32 options per plan, with some plans having as many as 110 combinations.  To adapt to the needs of the specific market, these options may vary from city to city.  Some of the most common options added to the standard plans are: Covered Patio, Sunroom, Screened Porch, Extra Bath, Deck, 3rd Car Garage, Side Load Garage, Tandem Garage, Game Room, etc.  We believe that the best approach to sales is being predictable and consistent, we focus on having Pre-designed and Pre-priced options in order to help the customer make faster decisions. Lot Specific Working Drawing

These sets of plans come directly from our master working drawings. Lot specific plans are treated as custom working drawings, this means that there are no strip plans or separate sheets of drawings for options.  We help coordinate the distribution of files to the necessary trades such as engineers, truss manufacturers, etc., to eliminate redraws and discrepancies.  When the plans are completed, we collect all drawings related to the specific lot and send them directly to the builder’s office.

Marketing and Sales Brochures
