I was familiar with Alberto Jauregui home designs as I live in the general area. We are drawn to the Texas Hill Country/Tuscan villa style using native stone and stucco with magnificent design features inside and out. His process is delightfully effective and thorough, starting with a lengthy questionnaire and discussion about your lifestyle needs. This not only helped create the final design but also gave us a spotlight to our real needs for occupying our home space and living areas. In fact we are making plans to downsize to a retirement home and Alberto Jauregui will be the architect of choice.

We have enjoyed living in houses designed by Alberto Jauregui for many years. The first house we built was designed by him in 1999. A few years later, in 2003, when our family grew and we had need for a bigger house, we also called on Alberto to help us with the design. We purchased a lot in Westminster Glen and worked with various design teams in the Austin area, and we were not satisfied with the ideas presented to us for our new house until we met with Alberto Jauregui Designs. They were the first architectural team that came out to our lot and walk through it with us. None of other groups came out to the lot site. From that point on the Alberto Jauregui design team initiated the design process. They spent the necessary time meeting with us to understand what was important to us and the type of house ambient that we wanted. Alberto Jauregui design team did an outstanding job at designing our house. The style, layout, quality and attention to detail were superb. The design team provided valuable ideas and suggestions to stay within the project budget. The end result was a beautiful house, built within budget and ahead of schedule.
